Is the oven cleaning included?

It depends on the size and condition of the property, but a typical one to two bedroom flat takes around three to five hours and a three bedroom house around five to seven. There is no hourly limit, we stay until the checklist is complete.
Can you clean at short notice?
Often yes, subject to availability. Outside the June and September peaks we can usually offer same week slots. During peak weeks, book early to secure your preferred date.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many tenants arrange key access so we can clean after they have moved their belongings out. Just let us know and we will make it work.
Should the property be empty first?
Yes, ideally. We clean inside cupboards, wardrobes and appliances, so the more that has been moved out, the more thorough the finish and the better your chance of a full deposit return.
