Questions about our coverage
Do you cover my postcode?
If you are anywhere in Oxford or Bicester, yes, with no travel charge. Across the rest of Oxfordshire we usually can, with a small supplement. Send us your postcode and we will confirm straight away.
How is the travel supplement worked out?
It is a flat amount added once per visit, based on distance, not an increase to your hourly rate. It is always agreed with you before you book, so it never appears as a surprise.
Do you clean student houses and HMOs?
Yes, particularly around Cowley, East Oxford, Headington and Marston. Shared houses and HMOs are a large part of our end of tenancy work, and students get 10% off.
Can you take on regular cleans outside Oxford?
We can, though for shorter regular visits the travel time makes it less practical. Outside Oxford we are usually a better fit for end of tenancy cleans, deep cleans and larger jobs.
What if I am just outside your listed areas?
Ask anyway. The lists above are the areas we work in most often rather than a hard boundary, and we will always tell you honestly if somewhere is too far.
